EDP Brunch Parties offers Personal Chef services
for a minimum of 10 to up to 25 guest with

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

​Elite Dinner Parties require a 50% deposit to reserve a private brunch party on a specific date.
EDP accepts reservations as far as 90-days in advance,
but not later than 21-days prior to date of event for brunch parties/service.
Based on headcount, EDP reserves the discretion of accepting
any reservation requested less than 21-days.

Reservations booked on or less than 21-days are subject to
​an additional $250 expedited fee and balance paid in full within 72-hours. 
TRAVEL FEE:
There is no travel fee for engagements up to 20-miles within the perimeter of Bartlett TN

An additional travel fee of $50 applies to engagements 20-35 miles outside of perimeter
An additional travel fee of $75 applies to engagements 35-50 miles outside of perimeter

PRODUCTION FEE/COST:
  • The production fee/cost for brunch/catering services is $250 and is an additional charge independent of per person cost for menu selections.
  • The production fee covers use of chafing dishes, serving platters, bowls, food stands, etc., serving utensils, plateware, flatware, drinkware, disposable hand napkins, setup and cleanup.
    • If you would like additional services of tablescape setup and décor which is inclusive of placemats and/or plate chargers, personalized menu cards, cloth napkins, fresh flowers/vases, and tea lights and/or candles an additional charge of $18.50 per person/setting will apply. 
BOOKING POLICIES and DEPOSIT:
  • There is a 50% deposit required for booking to secure a reservation date. 
    • Upon request for booking/receipt of catering consultation, the client has 48-hours (weekends included) to CONFIRM by deposit or regretfully DECLINE via email, phone consult, voicemail, or text.
    • If no confirmation by deposit or declination is expressed in 48-hours, the requested date is automatically re-opened for booking.
    • Upon receipt of invoice, client understands that submittal/receipt of deposit paid is considered a contractual agreement for services. Client also understands that said agreement for services and all monies paid for services are binding per terms of consultation and per terms of booking/cancellation policies.
    • After receipt of initial deposit, remaining invoice balance must be paid in full 7-days prior to the date of reservations. There is a $50 late fee assessed for any final balances paid after the due date. Any balance not paid within 72-hrs of reservation are subject to cancellation and client forfeits refund of deposit paid.
      • A major credit card is stored on file for all catering events that utilize chafing dishes, serving platters/bowls, serveware, flatware, and glassware for any incidentals/damage by client or client guests.
  • Menu selections can be modified up to 21-days prior to the event date.
    • Any menu selection changes less than 21-days of the event are subject to additional service charges based on requested selection, if available. 
    • EDP reserves the right of final decision to accept or decline requested changes. 
    • In order to provide the best service, NO menu selection changes will be accepted for any events booked on or within 21-days of the event.
  • Clients requesting to add-on additional guests up to the max headcount for catering services must satisfy additional/required deposit within 24-hours. Failure to make the required additional deposit will result in automatic cancellation of additional guests. 
  • No increase or decrease in headcount (excluding required minimum) can be made 14-days prior to the reservation date.
  • Add-ons to confirmed bookings within 21-days of reservations are subject to expedited charges as well as balance due to be paid in full.
  • MENU SELECTIONS
    • EDP cannot be held responsible for any menu selections that result in any food allergies/reactions.
    • EDP cannot be held responsible for any menu selections that conflict with dietary restrictions.
    • Clients booking catering services with EDP assume all responsibility of menu selections that are served to guest that can result in allergic reactions and/or conflict of dietary restrictions.
  • BARTENDING SERVICES 
    • EDP does not offer bartending services or selling of alcoholic beverages.
    • EDP is happy to suggest and give recommendations for full bartending services for the event.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    • EDP does not offer refunds on reservations for brunch/catering services.
    • Deposit is transferable only to another available date for cancellation request made prior to or 21-days before event date. This does not apply to any expedited reservations booked on or within 21-days.
    • Deposit is NON-TRANSFERABLE on any reservation that is cancelled due to non-payment of final balance per terms of booking.
    •  In the event of Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disaster, state of emergencies, etc.) causing the cancellation of booked reservations, Elite Dinner Parties LLC cannot be held responsible.
    • Rebooking efforts will be offered but cannot be guaranteed; additional cost may apply.
