Chef Krissie Scott, LPN known to most as “The Cooking Nurse 901” is a professionally trained chef
with over 30 years of cooking experience. By the age of eight, Krissie was always at her mothers’ side helping as she prepared home cooked meals for the family.
These moments of learning were the “flames” that sparked her passion for cooking.
Chef Krissie holds an AAS Degree in Culinary & Restaurant Management from L'Ecole Culinaire. Nurse Krissie holds a nursing diploma from NWCC and is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
With both professions requiring studies in nutrition, Chef Scott understands the importance of dietary values and preferences of each client. Working as a Nurse and Chef with a moral compass to holistic care;
proper and adequate nutrition play a key role in how the foods we eat are medicine and therapy for the body and soul.
Chef Krissie is ServSafe Certified for safe food preparation and holds ABC Permit for serving of alcoholic beverages.
Chef Krissie has enjoyed many dinners with family and friends.
The traditional concept of spending time at the table for meals is a staple upbringing and enjoyment with her own family.
This tradition is the focus when servicing private dinner parties
to assure that clients receive the same quality experience of hosting in their home
when gathering over good food and conversations.
