Personal Chef services are based upon a plated, family style menu in which all guests are served the same selection of all courses.
Personal shopping of the best ingredients for your meal (additional cost is incurred for request of gluten-free products, organic products, or grass-fed only meats) Shopping is done at local Kroger, Sprouts or Whole Foods grocers.
Chef Krissie’s personal pantry seasonings, spices, herbs, clarified butters and oils
On-Site cooking of your meal in your home or hotel
Temperature-safe plateware, flatware, glassware, placemats, chargers, white cloth napkins, fresh flowers, glass décor holders, tea lights, personalized menu cards
There is a 25% production cost to all Dinners for Two or Dinner Parties (6-12)
EDP does not use client dishware or allow mixing of EDP dishware or client dishware.
Specialty table or room décor (ex: balloons, table linen/runners) not included
Cleaning your kitchen back to its original state
Kitchen area must be in clean, workable state upon arrival for services
All pets must be put away from kitchen area
If children are in the home, please refrain them from the kitchen area to ensure their safety and staff safety
In accordance to COVID-19 safety protocol/guidelines, EDP staff adheres to proper social distancing practices during the preparing and serving of dinner; if anyone dining has had any cold or flu-like symptoms within 72-hours or are currently experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms; EDP will offer re-booking efforts to reschedule services to a better date, based on availability; additional cost may apply.

There is no travel fee for engagements up to 20-miles within the perimeter of Bartlett TN
An additional travel fee of $35 applies to engagements 20-35 miles outside of perimeter
An additional travel fee of $60 applies to engagements 35-50 miles outside of perimeter
Please contact EDP for any bookings greater than 50 miles outside the perimeter.
4-hours Personal Chef Services
Typical services for private dinners are handled within a 4-hour window
Upon menu consultation, the client selects the preferred start time for dinner to be served and EDP schedules arrival to your home or location of service to include setup, serving and cleanup.
For clients hosting private dining to include a cocktail hour prior to dinner, an additional 1-hour is added to the 4-hour service window
For dinner parties that do not begin on time, the client is responsible for overtime cost at $100/hour outside the 4-hour window of service.
Does Elite Dinner Parties offer private dinner services in hotels or Airbnb?
Yes, EDP does! For clients looking to book a private dinner away from home but within the city, enjoy the perfect "Private Dinner & Staycation" in the privacy of your hotel room.
Clients must book a hotel room/suite or private Airbnb condo/home rental that provides a full kitchen (4-burner stovetop, oven, refrigerator) and adequate dining space.
I have provided services at the following hotel locations, the client holds sole responsibility for confirming with the hotel/airbnb that you have booked a proper hotel room/suite with necessary kitchen accommodations. EDP cannot be held responsible for any reservations not properly booked.

How far in advance can reservations be made?
EDP gladly accepts reservations as far as three months in advance
no later than 7-days prior to date of dining for Dinners for Two
no later than 14-days prior to date of dining for Private Dinner Parties (6-12)
Reservations requested within deadline for bookings are subject to following fees:
Expedited Fee up to $250 for Private Dinners for Two
Expedited Fee up to $500 for Private Dinner Parties
Invoice total must be paid in full upon receipt for reservation; reservations are non-refundable
Elite Dinner Parties will have final discretion of accepting expedited bookings
What is the min/max headcounts when booking private dinners services?
EDP is a boutique personal chef service specializing in full-service private dinners and dinner parties. Our mission of service is to provide the highest quality, professional, private dining experience in an intimate setting.
Private Dinners for Two can be booked up to a max of 5 guests
Private Dinner Parties require a minimum of 6 to book with a max booking of 12 guests
What requirements are necessary for booking?
EDP requires a 50% deposit for requested bookings to secure a reservation date; the remaining balance is due 72-hours prior to the date of service.
Upon initial receipt of email consultation, the client has 24-hours to CONFIRM by deposit or DECLINE via email, phone consult, voicemail, or text. If NO confirmation by deposit or DECLINATION is expressed in 24-hours, the requested date is automatically re-opened for booking. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO BOOKINGS FOR HOLIDAYS (ex.Valentines, Mother's Day, Father's Day, New Years, etc) HOLIDAY REQUEST ARE BOOKED ON A DEPOSIT PAID BASIS ONLY TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION.
Clients requesting to add-on additional guests up to the max headcount must satisfy additional/required deposit for guests within 24-hours. Failure to make required payment will result in automatic cancellation of additional guests.
Add-on of guests to confirmed bookings are subject to expedited charges as well as balance due paid in full.
When are balances due to be paid in full for Dinner Parties?
Balance for Private Dinners or Dinner parties must be paid in full 72-hours prior to reservation date.
Balances not paid within 72 hours prior to reservation date are subject to a late fee of $50.
Any balance not paid within 48-hrs of reservation date are subject to cancellation of reservation, a rebooking date may be offered but not guaranteed. Client forfeits refund of any deposit paid, due to non-payment of balance owed.
EDP does not accept payment for balances on the day of service.
What is your cancellation/refund policy for Private Dinners?
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 10-days of reservation date for Private Dinners for Two
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21-days of reservation date for Private Dinner Parties (6-12)
Payment is non-refundable on any Dinner for Two reservations booked within 7-days of reservation date.
Payment is non-refundable on any Dinner Parties (6-12) booked within 14-days of reservation date.
In the unfortunate event of a same day cancellation, the client can only reschedule for next available reservation date and will be responsible for all grocery costs incurred to re-shop for food.
In the event of Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disaster, state of emergencies, etc.) causing the cancellation of booked reservations, Elite Dinner Parties LLC cannot be held responsible; re-booking efforts will be offered but cannot be guaranteed; additional cost may apply.
Note: January and February are inclement weather months (snow/ice). If the weather does not permit safe travels, EDP reserves the right to reschedule your reservation to another day weather is permittable for safe travels. EDP monitors and keeps clients informed of weather conditions to avoid rescheduling as much as possible.
What is the Production Cost and what does it include?
EDP is a full-service Personal Chef business, therefore a production cost is designated to cover the complete tablescape, setup, and all necessary tableware associated with services for private dining. No portion of this cost goes to EDP staff in the form of gratuity.

Does EDP offer bartending services?
EDP holds an ABC permit for serving of alcoholic beverages; however EDP does not offer bartending services or selling of alcoholic beverages
We can accommodate purchase of alcoholic beverages for private dinners given the event host is of legal drinking age and the consent of serving alcohol is to all adults in booked reservations are of legal drinking age of 21 and over .
EDP is happy to suggest and give recommendations for full bartending services if needed.
EDP will be glad to pour and refill wines and neats only for Private Dinners for Two or Private Dinner Parties
Does EDP charge gratuity?
EDP does not include any gratuities in the pricing of services. Gratuities are not expected, if received, they are always appreciated and at the sole discretion of the client.
